We partner with Printful, which has fulfillment centers in several locations worldwide (Europe, USA, and other regions). Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible.
Yes! We ship worldwide.
Because products are made on demand, it usually takes 2–5 business days to produce your order before it is shipped.
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen:
Europe: approx. 5–20 business days
USA & Canada: approx. 5–20 business days
Rest of the world: shipping times vary and may take longer depending on local postal services and customs clearance.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery address. The total will be shown in your shopping cart before you complete your order.
For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the product price where required.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if tracking is available for your selected shipping option).
Yes. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and the fulfillment center location.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at themuum@themuum.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Depending on your location, express or priority shipping may be available at checkout. Availability and cost will be shown during the order process.
